General Questions

Progress Academy is a digital product marketplace by Lets Make Progress (Pty) Ltd. We build practical AI tools, prompt packs, templates, and guides to help South African individuals and small businesses work smarter and grow faster. All products are delivered digitally, no shipping, instant access.

Click Get Started in the top navigation. You can sign up with your email address and a password, or use your Google account for one-click signup. Account creation is free.

Browse the store and click View Product on any product card. On the product page, click Buy Now. You will be taken to PayFast, our secure payment partner, to complete the purchase. Payments are processed in South African Rand (ZAR). Once payment is confirmed you will be redirected back to your dashboard.

Log in and go to your Dashboard. Every product you have purchased will appear under My Products. Click any product card to open the guide and download your PDF. Your purchases are always available, there is no time limit on access.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the product is not as described, files are inaccessible, or a technical issue prevented access. Change-of-mind refunds are not available for digital products once downloaded. See our full Refund Policy for details. To request a refund, email academy@letsmakeprogress.com.

Progress Academy Plus

Progress Academy+ is an annual membership that gives you access to every product in the vault, current and future, for one yearly payment of $107.88 (processed as R1,942 ZAR). Plus members also receive early access to new products, member-only drops, and priority support.

You are billed once per year as a single payment of R1,942 ZAR (approximately $107.88 USD). This covers 12 full months of access from the date of payment. PayFast will automatically attempt to renew your subscription on the same date each year. You will not receive a monthly debit, it is one annual charge.

Yes. To cancel, email academy@letsmakeprogress.com and we will cancel the renewal on your behalf. Cancellations stop the next renewal charge, they do not issue a refund for the current paid period.

Your Plus access remains fully active until the end of your paid annual period. After that, your membership deactivates automatically and you will not be charged again. Products you purchased individually before joining Plus remain accessible after your membership ends.

Three benefits are active the moment your membership starts:

  • Full vault access, all 9 current products are unlocked in your dashboard, no individual purchases needed
  • Early access, new products are available to Plus members 7 days before the public
  • Priority support, email academy@letsmakeprogress.com and you go to the front of the queue

Four more features are on the roadmap and will be included in your existing membership at no extra cost:

  • Roadmap voting, vote on which products get built next, rolling out Q3 2026
  • Member pricing, discounted launch pricing on voted products, launching alongside voting
  • Monthly prompt drop, a curated set of new prompts and tools each month, first drop Q3 2026
  • Members only products, exclusive products never sold individually, first one Q4 2026

No. Your Plus membership includes everything on the roadmap, in full, as soon as each feature launches, at no extra cost. The price you pay today locks in every future benefit. If the annual price increases for new members, existing members are unaffected for the duration of their paid period.

Technical Issues

Try the following steps in order:

  • Click Forgot password? on the login page to reset your password via email
  • If you signed up with Google, use the Continue with Google button instead of email/password
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again
  • Try a different browser or an incognito window

If none of those work, email academy@letsmakeprogress.com with the email address you used to sign up.

Check your spam or junk folder first, confirmation emails sometimes land there. If the email is not there, log in to your Dashboard. If your product appears under My Products, your purchase was successful and you can access it immediately. If neither the email nor the product appears, email academy@letsmakeprogress.com with your order details and we will resolve it within 1 business day.

This can happen if there was a network interruption during checkout. In most cases the deduction is a pending hold that your bank will reverse automatically within 3 to 5 business days. If the charge appears on your final statement and your dashboard shows no product, email academy@letsmakeprogress.com immediately with a screenshot of the charge. We will investigate and either grant access or process a refund.

Try the following:

  • Make sure you are logged in to your account before opening the guide page
  • Try clicking the Download PDF button at the bottom of the guide page instead of viewing inline
  • On mobile, some browsers block PDF downloads, try Chrome or Safari
  • Disable any browser extensions that block downloads

Account and Privacy

Your account is managed by Firebase Authentication (Google), we never store your password. Payment processing is handled entirely by PayFast, a PCI DSS-compliant South African payment gateway, we never see your card details. Your order history is stored in Firestore and is only accessible by your own account. See our full Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it is used.

Yes. Email academy@letsmakeprogress.com with your request and we will delete your account and associated data within 7 business days. Note that deleting your account removes access to all purchased products and this cannot be undone.

Account details (name, email) are managed through Firebase Authentication. If you signed up with Google, your details are controlled by your Google account. If you need to change the email address on a password-based account, email academy@letsmakeprogress.com and we will assist.
